Calgary Learning Centre has been serving Calgary and the Province of Alberta since 1979. Activities at the Centre are financed through fees generated by the services provided, individual and corporate donations, support from fundraising events, government grants and foundation grants.
Services include:
- Assessment/consultation services for K - 12 and for adults in post-secondary institutions and the workplace.
- Program services to address the concerns of parents, children, teens and adults.
- Families with preschoolers are involved through family literacy initiatives.
- Professional development and community outreach for preschool through the adult years.
Services are provided through a multidisciplined team of:
- Psychologists
- Educational Consultants
- Speech & Language Pathologists
- Occupational Therapists
- Pediatricians
Clients who have financial needs have equal access to service as financial assistance is available through donations and fundraising.
